SUNFLEX 3 Core Flat Cables for Submersible Pump Motors


For trouble free working, these connecting cable are just as important as winding wires are for the submersible pump motors, SUNFLEX 3 Core Flate Cables are manufactured keeping in mind the severe and difficult conditions in which they are required to perform. The individual conductors are made from bright electrolytic grade copper. The wires are drawn, annealed and bunched properly to ensure flexibility and uniform resistance. Each of the three copper conductor in insulated with a special PVC compound formulated and manufactured in- house, and the cores are laid up in flat parallel position. The outer sheath of the cable is made from a special grade of abrasion resistant PVC compound intervious to water, grease, oil, etc.

The cable are now available with sequential marking, company’s name, size and voltage grade printed on them.

Submersible flate cable are available in standard length of 100 meters coil and 500 meters drum. The flat cable are made of bright plain multi stand annealed copper conductor as per IS 8130-1984 with PVC Insulation
